Richard W Harvey posted in Brighthand Forums about some news he gathered of the three new Palm PDA coming in a few months time. Below is the whole posting reproduced here:-

I just got back from CompUsa and in their computer system are the three new Palms.
*Palm Tungsten E
*CompUsa Product ID#306210
*$199.00
*Palm Zire 21
*CompUsa Product ID#306212
*$99.00
*Palm T3
*CompUsa Product ID#306211
*$399.00
They also listed a
*Tungsten T3 Hard Case
*Tungsten E Hard Case
*Tungsten E,C & W Stylus
This seems to indicate that for some reason the existing Palm Hard Case for the T & T2 won't fit the T3 for some reason. Also that the Tungstgen E uses the same stylus as the T & T2.
These items were listed as on order but not yet in their main warehouse, which indicates that they won't be here real soon, but it is the first certain proof that I have seen (Yea!) that the T3 really exists.
There is another post on PDABuzz in the PDAnews section that verifies much of what I have said.
I am really surprised that the T3 will open at $399.00, maybe Palm is starting to appreciate the real competition coming from the new HP Ipaq's. I guess this means that either the T2 will immediately drop in price to $299.00 or the T3 is missing something big, so it can remain on the same level as the T2 just with different features? Maybe no bluetooth, same T2 processor, same memory and with wifi.
Peace
He is being specific on the model names. We know that the T|T3 leaked out but the Zire21 and the Tungsten|E is well guarded secret until now. No pictures of the two either.
I expect the Zire21 would replace the original Zire model based on the $99.00 pricing on the device. I would expect Palm to compete with Sony with it's entry level PDA, the PEG SJ20. Sony recently has announced some price adjustment to its entry level Clies to compete with Palm and I think preparing the arrival of the new PalmsMy guess is that the Zire21 will have an SD expansion slot, 16MB RAM and OS4.1
The $199 Tungsten|E is prices below the Zire71 (currently $299 at palm online store). This looks like an entry level Tungsten. Perhaps a color OS4.1, competing head-to-head with Sony Clie SJ22... an upgrade or a redesigned m515 perhaps.
As for Tungsten|T3 ... we know what to expect already.
Please take note. The above are my own speculation based on the limited information I gathered from the internet.
